John Deere 110 TLB Fault code question:?

Hi I have a 2007 JD 110 tlb Today the yellow wrench started flashing. The sequence was: Short, short, long, short flash. Anyone know what this means? Apparently I also lost some hydraulic movement. Pressing on the forward / reverse at times did nothing. Not even the back up alarm. Then at some point the machine would move.

my backhoe at work is flashing the same code short short long short and it went to the service shop for 3 weeks and came back with same code still flashing.. there is no manual or competent service department.. how would one calibrate the throttle position sensor?

With a computer that is capable of reconfiguring the JD110 computer.
