on my tractor the bucket is stuck, in the curled down position and when i pull the lever to bring it back the bottom hoses (which are the ones in the middle of the ram) go super hard. how do i fix it.

If you have QD's, reconnect them.
If you have a hyd gage in the FEL IN port, and you see pressure but no cyl movement, then you know the QD is mis-connected.

Sure the rams could be bad, but there are ways to check the seals.
A pressure gage should help you troubleshoot the hyd system.
