Do you think that 2.5 years of time may make a difference? the 5103-5403 are made in India and imported. I have to think that oil prices and the declining US dollar may have some effect.

yeah, i apologize, i noticed the post was a few years old when I was doing my search. my dealer, however, has been known at times to be a bit more "pricier" then others, that's why I am entertaining offers from out of state dealerships as well as others around.
