JD 5093E farm loader issue

My farm loader is very sluggish. It along with any attachment. I have to have RPMs very high in order for it to respond to controls. How would you suggest I troubleshoot this issue?

How many hrs of use since hyd filter was changed & hyd oil suction screen checked/cleaned?

probably too many - i will check those for sure.

The book says every 600 hours - i know it has not been 600 hours since last hydraulic oil and filter change. Where would i find the screen to make sure it's not clogged up?
