JD 450B track adjuster seal replacement

Wanted to know if I can replace track adjuster seals without removing the track. Can I pull track forward with a come-a-long then remove yoke bolts and move the yoke vertically to slide it off the adjuster shaft? Thanks, Noah.

Your gonna have to split the track and remove the front idler. There isnt enough "play" in the shaft to be able to move the yoke enough to clear the front idler.

Thanks for the advice, I thought I would have to split the track just hoping maybe not. Hope I can do it in the field by myself. Noah.
