Hi Guys. I just took delivery of a 2001 4300, 430 loader, 60" mmm, turf tires. Here's the problem - I had asked the dealer to make sure the tread was at its widest to give the tractor the most stability for loader work (my property is very hilly). When the tractor arrived, the delivery guy said the mower deck wheels would hit the tractor tires if the tread was wider. I was wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and what the solution is. I asked the dealer if the 72" mower would work. He said he would look into it. Any ideas?

If your property is hilly, then the wider deck may not be to your advantage. Sounds like your dealer set the tires at the widest width with the attachments you have. Good luck with the solution. I would have Industrial tires if thinking of much FEL work. Ballast on the rear and not traversing hills with FEL loads works best, IMO.
