JD 4120 Transmission issues

Anyone else ever have this happen with their 4X20 tractor with a PowerReverser Transmission? When I am in C range either 3rd or 4th and get over about 1500 rpm's I get a terrible grinding noise from the transmission. Slow down and it goes away. Tractor has about 300 hours on it and a month out of warranty. Just happened Saturday driving over to the neighbors to help him unload a feed bunk with the loader. Happens both in 2wd and 4wd. Waiting for dealership to come out and take a look at it tomorrow.

Sorry, apparently when I replied earlier it didn't post.

It was a loose hose clamp on a hydraulic return line and apparently it was sucking some air and the hydraulic pump is what was making the awful racket. The dealer found it and had to replace a few o-rings in the pump, but otherwise it was good to go. Ended up being a $300 bill for the fix.
