Price Check JD 3005 pricing

Is $14,800 a reasonable price for a new JD 3005 with FEL? I've looked at several small tractors and this seems the most reasonable for my area. We don't have many dealers for any tractors.
I looked at a Farmtrac 300DTC and went the other way after reading about all that company's woes. The dealer wanted $14,900 for that unit anyway. The only other tractor this dealer carries is McCormick and I'm sure they are way overpriced.

If you'll google John Deere 3005 you'll find that to be the standard price, probably 5 or 10 percent below retail.
