I needed to remove the cap from my truck. I was going to call in a larger tractor, but decided to give it a go with my 2720.
It worked great, although I would not want to drive it on uneven ground with it this way.

I am using 48" forks. It cannot be seen in the pictures, but there is a ratchet strap holding the rear of the cap to the forks.
If I took my cap off more often, it hasn't been off in six years, I would have something like you do.

Did you make all of the loader attachments? Those are really nice.
