Tractor
Farm Pro 2425
Kubota B7610 tractor 4wd. hydrostatic, hi-low range, R4 tires, 3cyl. diesel, 70hrs. folding rops. power steering, 302 loader, 480 bush hog mower, $9000.00 in exellent condition. Tractor is 3 years old, original owner.

I called and it seems he is holding it for a guy who is driving 200 miles and bringing his trailer to see it/buy it.:mad:

It is only 20 miles from my house.

I don't know much about Kubota prices but this is one of the least expensive late model tractors I have seen. Is this as much as a "Good Buy" as I think it is?:eek:

The trailer is an extra $950:cool:

Steve,
Saw that same unit on Craigs as we both search the same lists.:D

Personally, I wouldn't need the trailer, although it's darn nice, but I thought the tractor was a good buy too! So, you think he's already sold it? Sounds like it.

Yes I gave him my phone number and he said he would call and let me know if it available. I told him I need the trailer but would sure like to buy the tractor also if it was available. I have an 18 foot enclosed trailer but I have to fold my ROP to get it in the door, it is about 2 inches to tall. It would be a nice upgrade from my FarmPro2425. He said he just can't justify the expense of keeping it since he has only used it 70 hours in 3 years.

I imagine that if he financed it he is probably paying around $300 a month. That works out to about $155 an hour.

I suppose it doesn't make much sense to have something like that just sitting around at that cost.

Do you live just north of Higgins lake? I am just north of Gladwin.

He must have just re-listed with a lower price. I have been watching it for a week and he had it $10,900. He must need to move it. But I bet that guy who's on his way, with trailer in tow, is gonna snap this baby up.

Shoot, we could split it!!:D:D:D

I jusr saw it for the first time today, he re-listed it at noon today, I didn't see it until around 6 pm. I had been busy outside cleaning up around here.

Yup it is bigger and Nope, I don't even need it. My adjoining neighbor has the same model. I just think it is a good buy with the FEL and hog included. The hours are ridiculously low.

If that had been near me, I would have snapped it up, trailer and all. You have to be persistent with the seller.

A few weeks ago I picked up avery hard to find used Kawi Mule Trans (4 seater with extended bed) with under 100hrs. by convincing the guy that I REALLY was interested. He was setting up appointments for a Saturday (I called Thurs. eve) and said he would not show it until then. I spoke with him, told him I had cash in hand and wanted to look at it dirt and all. Convinced him to show it to me the next day, and bought it on the spot. The guys who scheduled for Sat. were not persistent enough as it now resides in my garage.

Unless the guy who was driving 200 miles had already left (not leaving or coming the next day, etc), I would have made it clear I was serious and it was in the sellers best interest to show it to you.

I guess it comes down to how badly you want something. Cash talks, always.
