I am looking at a Kubota B7100 FWD Hydrostatic with around 2500 hours on it. Can anyone give me their history or comments on what I should be expecting for wear items if I bought it.

Depends on how it was used...or abused. MY perkins 4cyl is over 10k hours and tickin away nicely.

Hdmyers has good, new member advice. Kubota engines and drivetrains are some of the most dependable available and should last much longer than 2,500 hours with proper care. But, as with anything mechanical, the "proper care" isn't always provided, so you have to judge each unit on its own merits.
