iphone 3gs ( no wifi ) issue

I'm going to suggest you do these two steps in order:

1. Clear memory - Double click on the Home Button. That is the button on the bottom face. Push and hold one of the apps until it jiggles. Touch the X on each app to delete each one. Delete them all. This clear the operating memory.

2. Hard shut down - push the Hold Button (top) and the Home Button (face) together at the same time until the phone shuts down. It should power back up on its own, if not you can turn in on after it completely shuts down.

As standard practice, you should do this procedure every cole of weeks.

I had this problem with an iPod touch a few years ago too. Never could find out how to fix it.
