This add bar has been showing up at the bottom of the screen when viewing TBN on my iPad:

Same here. The pop up ads only appear on my iPad, not iMac. These ads only appear on TBN, NO other sites. None of my ad blockers have effect, so it must be coming directly through TBN. All the ads eminate through forbes.com.
