my 595 deisel runs fine for 15 minutes ,then goes to an idle ,thats it no power up ,next day does the same thing ,new injection pump all new filters ,please help

What type of pump on her?
Check the excess flow return line from the pump to the tank.
If it is plugged that can happen, depending on the pump it could be the first fitting leaving the pump.

Fuel flow could be clogged in the tank or between tank and filter. Disconnect a line as close to the tank as possible and check for good flow. If flow is good check on from there through the filter to see if there's a stoppage anywhere in the line. Sometimes algae starts growing in the tank or lines, especially if biodiesel has been used.
