I have a L2800 with a LA 463 loader. I would like to install some quick connects for the dump to also use for the angle on a plow. I'd rather avoid the cost of a third valve. Can someone tell me how to do this or lead me in the right direction. Thanks

Let me ask this another way. Do you want to install QD's on the curl cylinders, and QD's on the plow cylinders, and just plug in to the curl circuit QD's as needed. You have to be careful about QD's, should you forget to have something connected, the FEL valve will go into instant relief.

Yes. As far as I know, Curtis does this with their plow with a QD setup and a chain so the dump stays flat. They have no info on the website on how this is done. Hydraulics is new to me so I'm not sure what I need to set it up myself. I can buy a third valve but I can't see spending $600 or more just to make the plow angle. What's the advantage? Not sure what instant relief is.

You don't need to spend that much to angle the plow. A diverter valve, and a DA cyl will do that. The fluid from your curl function goes to the diverter valve, and the curl cyl hoses go in one side, and the plow hoses go in the other side. One switch position, the curl works normally. In the other switch position, the lever for the curl controls the plow angle.

The system will go into relief when the pressure builds up to the relief setting. The setting on the relief is there to protect your components from over pressure.
