IH 544 3 point hiccups

A friend has an IH544 hydro with a 7' snow blower on the back. After the tractors hydraulics get warmed up the 3 point hiccups. Basically after the 3 point is raised it wants to raise and lower on its own. We found in the manual that a drop poppet valve can be adjusted. Anyone know where this adjustment is? Thanks

We found the drop poppet adjuster, its in an inspection cover under the seat. The adjustment process is on going for now. Hopefully we will get it figured out.
