ignition switch problem with TC 33D, 2003

the ignition switch will not turn to start when
key inserted. how do I remove the panel to get at the switch? thanks I
n advance for any advice

This is an easy fix. There are two bolts on the center section below the steering wheel and two more bolts, if I remember correctly, on the fire wall. Take them out and the panel lifts off. I would watch out for the brake peddle when you take it off as you may scratch the panel on the side of the peddle.
