I used to have a bumper sticker saying "I like Ike", but the ex burned it with everything but the house when she left.
Back story. Dwight D. Eisenhower was a democrat, but stated if the Republican party ceased to exist it would be the worst thing to happen to the U.S.A., so he ran on the republican ticket.
I eventually did find my Ross Perot campaign buttons.
