I just pulled the trigger on new chains

I'm surprised on how well the bent rear blade rolls snow. Seems just as good as a rolled blade. Make some of these for your bucket and cut your time in half. No need to dump and curl bucket as much.

In the winter time, I have all kinds of time. I take a layoff from work around late October/early November and don't go back to work until after the May 24 weekend. Semi-reitred has its' perks.

That is the stock Kioti bucket that I added 12" of checker plate to the top of for my chain hooks and also to stop rocks from landing on the hood when I am moving gravel. The engine wasn't warmed up totally in the video so I wasn't running any more than 2000rpm. When I get back from everything else I do with it on a particular day, I really dig into the pile and shove it up. The pile you see is as high as the loader will lift now. My snowblower chute you see to the left is buried in snow, now.

After 5 hours of slipping and sliding around on the sloppy wet snot that we got yesterday and overnight I bit the bullet and bought a full set of chains. Front and rear. Duo Grip from Canadian Chains. $984.oo tax in and delivered. It will probably take about 2 weeks to get here from BC.

Sounds like a good price, I think that I paid almost the same price for double v bar chains just for the back from tire chains in Pennsylvania. Love them

I just put the same tire chains on the rear of my Mahindra for the same reason. Now I am just waiting for a chance to try them out! The only test so far is a ride on frozen ground, a bit bumpy but so far so good!

I put double vbar chains on my tc45d and it smoothed the ride out considerably and talk about traction....forget about it!!!
