I use 40-1 Red Armor in all my 2 cycle equipment. I'll have to check my oiler output. It seems to have a little left when I run out of gas. Since I bought the saw, we keep having storms and downed trees, I'm not sure if that is good or bad Karma.

Have you had yours in the cut yet?

I cut up a small tree with it. The oiler was so excessive it was leaving puddles on my boots. The saw started second pull and ran very well.

I’m betting the oiler is buggered at this point. I don’t think the adjuster screw should have 1/4” of vertical movement when pressed with a screwdriver.

Looks like a pump is $9 from Farmertec and easy to replace.

I bought this - thinking it was a chisel chain (from the listing pic) It is not.

Still - pretty cheap, and okay for my trail work (stumps in the dirt)

Sounds like these saws, although cheap and good power, are a good chance to arrive with defects

They are cheap for a reason!

My bet is that the worker at the production end could care less about what we might think of the quality.

I have about 6 tanks of fuel through mine so far without incident. It will be interesting to hear reports from others once they start receiving their saws.

Pulled the oil pump, found the issue, it may be resolved. If not, cheap and easy fix. Will address tomorrow.

She runs like a raped ape though.

I run a good FD rated oils. My main go to is Vpracing with Efree 89.

I got my Farmertec G2511 tuned in low 12's. Didnt check V-modest lately, I been using for a year or 2 now. No issues with either to date.

No issues with the G111 200T clone. Over 5 years now. But I did have to pull the oiler one time to clean fines just like my OEM. When getting stingy on oil.

Long as I am at a tank or less of oil to 1 tank of mix thats what I want.

As used with 12" 3/8LP that I took off. Full tanks

The JonCutter was using about 1 tank of oil to half a tank of fuel. The pin that is supposed to secure the adjustment screw, and not allow more than 1/4 turn of adjustment approximately, was barely present, allowing the screw to turn and also be pushed up out of location by the spring.

Not the end of the world, but the oil use was excessive. I'll have it fixed tomorrow.

I was very impressed with the fit and finish. Also with the amount of power the saw has.

Like I said, the air filter fits sorta loose, so I'll see if the OEM throat fixes this.
