Hydrostat pedal dampner

What is the part called that pulls your hydrostat pedal back into neutral when you let off of it? I think mine is bad on my B3030. The tractor will move on its own if I get off. My pedal has no compression when moving it forward or in reverse. I can't find a parts diagram to get a part number. Been searching for an hour with no luck

These 2-way dampers wear out and stop working in one direction, then both. They're important because they soften the pressure spike inside the hst when F-R shifts are abrupt.
