3point hitch comes up a few inches and stops then a few more inches and stops front End bucket doesn’t work at all. Filter has been changed and screen checked. Does anyone have any ideas. Is it the pump? any help would be appreciated.

It COULD be the pump but it's unlikely. Check your hydraulic fluid level, it may be low. Also check for any loose or leaky connections. If you have quick disconnects on your hydraulic lines sometimes problems are solved by simply taking them apart and reconnecting them.

What were you doing prior to things stopped working?
Any new or unusual noises?
like roadworthy states check fluid level, for leaks, etc.

Add more details, such as behavior and background. Pumps alone do not operate intermittently.
