Hydraulic float

I have a B7100hst with a 2020 kubota blade Until recently, the float position worked, about a month ago, the float would not work until it warmed up. a week ago, same thing, but longer time to warm. Now it will not go into float at all. Initially the hydraulics operate very slowly, the blade will turn, but will not raise. Then the blade will raise a little more and more, and when I set the lever in float, it will raise the front off the ground.

Let's start with something simple. When is the last time you changed your trans/hydraulic fluid and filter?

I would suspect you have water collected in the end of the valve and it's freezing. Is the tractor stored outdoors where it gets rained on? How old is the hydraulic fluid?
