JD 5045D hydraulics will not work.

Tractor only has 112 hours on it but 10ys old. I had bucket pointed down with most of the front weight on the ground trying to scrape dirt backwards, heard a "POP"
and the control would only move the bucket very slowly the quit all together. I pulled all four cylinders and checked operation with compressed air, found one of the main lift cylinders stuck. I had a hydraulic shop repair it, reassembled everything and bucket moved one cycle slowly all the way up and tilted bucket up and down, bucket lowered slowly then would not work any more. I removed the bucket and was able to raise bucket arms about 2 feet by working the control lever on and off and it would move a few inches at a time until it stopped at the 2ft level.
Yes, the fluid level is good.
Any ideas??

I suggest to begin hyd diagnosis with simple things such as installing new hyd filter & checking hyd system pressure to be sure pressure is correct. Does 3pt hitch operate correctly? Tractordata shows pressure @ 2828 psi

PTO along with power steering do not work.

Should I remove and inspect the filter screen in the gear box along with changing the filter??

Yes check & clean hyd oil suction screen if it needs cleaning
