I needed to replace my hydraulic lines. I removed the hoses and didn't think to mark where they go back to. Can someone tell me how to reconnect the hoses? see pic below...
You will need to trace the steel lines to which end of which cylinders they connect to. In looking at picture I think two are larger diameter than others and also looks like like connectors two ate also larger. My best guess is the two larger to to larger. Which one to which one no clue.
If not different sizes and presuming the directional valve is behind that plate with fittings. With engine off move the lever like raising or lowering the loader. The spool the moves should have two fittings parallel to it. These would connect to lift cylinder tubes. Other two ports would connect to steel lines going to curl cylinders.
You'll need to keep note of which end of the cylinder the steel lines attach to.
If there are no differences in size, presume the directional valve is behind the plate containing the fittings. With the engine turned off, move the lever as if raising or lowering the loader. The moving spool requires two parallel hookups. They'll link to the lift cylinder tubes. The remaining two ports will link to steel wires that enter the bent cylinder.
If you've removed your hydraulic hoses without marking them, start by checking the equipment manual for a hydraulic diagram. Look for labels, color codes, or different-sized fittings that indicate where each hose connects. Identify the pressure and return lines, as well as extend/retract ports on cylinders, to ensure proper routing. Once reconnected, slowly cycle the system while checking for leaks or incorrect movement Dress to impress
