howard rotovator E Series III & IV

I have a Howard Selectatilth rotatvator (5FT). It is an E Series IV,

There is a lever on top to disengage the drive.
The oil seal on the main shaft has the number RT62436 and a shim behind the bearing. I have searched UK for these parts and can not locate them. Any advice or help greatly appreciated

From what I can find on the internet it would appear that howard went out of business. They are ether owned by Solex or Kongskilde. I have not been able to find a definite answer.

I would bet that solex would have an electronic version of your manual. I have a HX and need to find blades for it. You might have the Selectatilth gear box that lets you change gearing. I am not an expert on tillers.
