Tractor Sizing How much?

I have a CT450 backhoe loader. I Also have a 2500hd and a gooseneck trailer. Im in pa and I have a combination weight rating 22,000. It cost me $405.00 a year for registration. I figured better to pay 405 a year Rather then what the fines cost if i get pulled over.
