How much propane ?

If I was to burn a set of gas propane logs at the highest setting which is 36000 btus/hr how much propane would i use in 1 hour . I called my propane dealer ,he did not know. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Anyhelp would be appreciated.

I believe there is 91,547 gross BTU in 1 Gallon of Propane. I will let you do the math.

Thanks for the help. 91500Btus/HR dev by 36000btus = 2.54hrs per gallon.
