How Much Kubota BX 2200?

I am going to sell my BX 2200 and have no idea what to ask for it. Here is what I have.

60" MMM
Front end loader
Weight box
50" snow blower front mounted
Sims cab with heater
Bar and turf tires
The tractor is from 2002 and has about 750 hours.

The above I would like to sell as a package.

I also have the following

Kioti 4' aerator
Herd seeder m96
WR Long tooth bar
First Choice tiller 48"
Carry all
Canopy fiberglass

Everything is garage kept and in good condition.
I am thinking 60% of what I paid for the stuff. I am in NJ.
We are retiring and downsizing big time.

If it runs and operates well I would sell it all for $10,000. If you ask why so high is because all of the implements, a lot of versatility with the tractor and tasks that can be done with it once sold.
