How many teeth 4ft toothbar

I wanted to know if 5 teeth are too many or not enough?I thought I would ask advise before I start to build.Picked up the material today,48 in long 8 in wide 1/2 in thick 25.00$ at the scrapyard.The railroad spikes were freebies.From what I've read here too many teeth are no good .

I made my own tooth bar, like you 4 ft long and used 7 teeth, ie every 6" and am very pleased with the results.
Can dig in hardpan easily and tilted and back dragging does a great job of root rakeing as well.
Slight down tilt going foreward really clears the overgrowth away nice.
In firm soil mixed with stones gets full buckets every time.

Without the teeth all the above was impossible.
Only downside is backgrading as the teeth always leave grouves so I use the heel of my bucket which I need to add a wear plate B4 I wear out the bottom.
