How do I get an email when another member posts on a thread I started? I cannot find that setting in my profile.

Ron, click on "My Home" near the top of the page. Then scroll down the left side of the page, and under "My Settings", click on "General Settings" (second thing below "My Account"). Under "Messaging and Notification", you'll find "Default Thread Subscription Mode". I have mine set on "Instantly, using e-mail".
