So much land here is ex. cattle country.

After the cattle have munched and destroyed all traces of topsoil, they sell it as building land.

Hence I have no established (Not 1) trees and bugger all topsoil.

hence I don't own a chainsaw /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Mike,your property reminds me of our first building project.We also had 8 acres of timber that was soo thick, you could not see the forest for the trees.

And a spot for the house....My wife and I also cleared everything with chainsaws.Had to have a hoe dig out a few stumps,but most of the work was done by hand.
