Hour meter, headlights and horn not working on Kubota B7100

I've checked the fuses, emergency lights work, the tractor starts, but I can't figure out what to do about the hour meter, headlights and horn. Ideas?

That sounds like a corroded ground connection, broken ground wire, etc. I would look under the dash for a ground wire that runs to the tractor frame, and take a hard look at it.

I have the same tractor and I had the same problems and mine was the fuse linkage gone bad. The hour meter, headlights and horn get power from the same fuse.
