Yes, I forgot the air filter. Most are the oil type filters. If yours is, use a good filter oil. My favorite is no toil brand. Best place for parts online is rockymountainatvmc.com. Best prices and on your doorstep many times the next day.

Great price and a great little quad...I have a 2000 model that my girls rode the snot out of and still run's like new..They have a tight turning radius that makes them great in tight quarter's. As others have suggested,drain the tank and carb,fresh fuel. and I would see what it will do. In my area I can get a product called mechanic in a bottle.I can find it here in a few small engine shops and i can testify it does wonders on old gummed up carbs without having to remove them..Good luck.

The tires look to be original and not to worn. How many miles does it have?

Honda does have a reputation for being extremely reliable.

Not bad looking, and for the price it is beautiful. Good luck getting it going. Once the weather warms maybe have the neighbor over for a steak and beverage of choice. Lol

Honda's ATV are ultra-reliable in my experience. Had a 97 Foreman 400 and just sold it off last year. Never once did it fail me or breakdown. Of course, I took care of it. Replaced it with a Can-Am only because I wanted fuel injection for higher altitudes.

Yea I think I will have some cash in this thing before it's over. Front brakes are frozen, cannot remove the hub, even after axle nut is pulled, and front wheels will not even rotate, either of them. This has me a little concerned it might be something gunked up in the brake hydraulic system, which I hope is not true. I am hoping I can adjust them back away from the hub, but I will try heating them a bit first, and tapping with a mallet.

The emergency brake isn't set is it? not sure if honda uses the front or back brakes for that. I doubt the hydraulic side is the problem. Honda is infamous for drum brakes even on today's machines. Heat and beat is what I would recommend.

Yea oddly enough the brake drum has these flanges on it that look suspiciously like a place to hammer the drum off with. That's where I was thumping it this morning. Will do it again after a heat treatment. next time.

Oh forgot to mention, on the beverage part, he has a 9 acre winery that sits next to my back yard. But will have them over for sure, again.
