Vladimir, you may weld or fit by bolts a piece of steel (or edge iron) above each wheel closely so it'll be able to wipe the soil clumps from the outer side of wheels.

With that slope, your soil dries well. Many fields here are still wet.

На колесах была резина, и земля не прилипала, вчера намотал скотч, тоже не прилипает. Скребки можно установить, но будут заклинивать при попадании корней. Спасибо.

And here is my attempt to write in Russian. I use Google translator but then I edit the text so it actually makes sense.
