Hinomoto E23 Head bolts

I am looking for the torque values for a Hinomoto E23 head bolts. I have tried looking under that, Massey Ferguson 210 and Toyosha P126 engine The tightening sequence would be a bonus lol Thanks

VALVE CLEARANCE:
INTAKE- .012"
EXHAUST- .014"
