Tractor
Claas
Hy , I'm new to tractors and I want to buy a small tractor.
I went online and i found a Antonio Carraro 5400 with
48hp, built in 2006,4x4, 3 cilinders, with hydraulics ( information provided by the seller).
The only problem is that he said that the tractor was repainted , and I'm worried that it could also be mechanical restored. With all of this ,he is asking 12k dollars. Is this a good price , is this tractor worth the money? Is this a good piece of equipment?

I'd hate to have one. I bet parts are a nightmare to get. Edit, since you don't live in the same country as I do my comment may be irrelevant.

Not know much about that tractor or brand, or what the market is like in Italy, coupled with not knowing your intended usage or needs, its gonna be very hard to tell you if its worth the money or not.

Italian sourcing of parts for these tractors is not an issue...

...however, AC tractors are probably one of the best vineyard tractors made.

My issue would be the expense of owning one. Parts are not cheap, even in native Italy.

If you absolutely must have a four wheel drive and tight turning radius, it's probably your best bet. Otherwise, I would suggest a diferent make or model.
