took off the deck on mower did not know the pto clutch was attached to a rod which i disconnected to remove deck. started cut ~100ft blew fuse put 30 amp fuse and cut ~100 ft blew fuse again. then i realized my mistake hooked up rod noticed wire coating cut but not wires. now clutch wont turn blades. it has 175-200 amp reading and on bench test it clicks when attached to 12volt battery. what to do? 2009 cub cadet lt 1045 shouls i change drive belt now
