Yup. Check the dipsticks and see which was drained for sure. Engine oil dipstick is under the hood and and twists out and the transmission dipstick is at the rear of the tractor(and a pain to pull out...is not threaded like the engine dipstick).

Wipe the dipsticks off and reinsert to check the level as residual oil may be stuck on the dipstick when you first pull them out and may appear full.

Hey Cubuser,The drain plug that my son drained seems to be on the moter itself.It was red.I went ahead and changed the oil and refilled it.The mower still will not move.Must be doing something wrong. Thanks anyway.

Is the tranny lockout lever pulled out? Located at rear of tractor on lower right of back panel.

Whether or not it was Godzilla that did it, the damage is done. The guy needs help. So let's help him out.
So, with that said I'm sorry to say I'm not knowledgeable enough to help you out with this situation. But someone will.
Just a curiosity question.
What's the federal crime/ where was the harm in it?:confused:
