Help with pricing

I have a Kubota 2005 L2800. I just don't utilize it very much. How do I determine a fair price for it?
It also comes with a root rake, a 5 foot bush hawg, and 5 foot plow. It only has 115 hours on it.

I did a search for tractor prices and came across a site for used equipment prices. As I'm in the market for a new one I didn't look further.
I've been searching TractorHouse for equipment. Try searching there for a comparable tractor and see what others are asking.
