Help on alignment

Is there a way to align the hydraulic pump and the drive spindle? I've worn out the retangular bracket twice and now the pump retangular drive is almost gone. Looks like its misaligned by 1/4 inch. I'm OK with taking it apart if there is something I can do when I get there. It's a Satoh S650G.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Any chance you've got a digital camera?

Are there any slots in the bracket? I'd slide the pump on the shaft loose, and get it in the right place & then tighten down the bracket.
