Help Me Replace Fuel Sender Unit

The fuel guage on my 4320 keeps showing empty and my low fuel light keeps flashing. This happens regardless of the amount of fuel in the tank. Research indicates that I need to replace the fuel sender unit (LVA17266). Can anyone tell me how to do this? Do I have to remove the fuel tank? 2009 JD 4320 open station.

Fuel sending unit was replaced on both my 2007 4320 OS and my 2010 4320 OS. Both were done under warranty and the gauges still are not very accurate. When the tank is completely full the gauge registers 3/4 full and when the light starts blinking the tank is about 1/2 full --- that is with the new sending units. Wish I could help you more but........

Mine has never been accurate, either, and it didn't bother me too bad. However, it has gotten to the point that it stays on empty and the LO FUEL message keeps blinking...blinking...blinking...even with a full tank. I think it's time to change it. I just don't know what all is involved and how to do it.
