Help Identifying this flare wagon ? There is a logo on it but I dont know whose ?

Hi Guys, there is a logo, on the back of the wagon, just above the door, looks like and M and a W, wiht some arrows. Anyone know who that is, or who made this wagon. Its sitting on New Idea gear. Its a little before my time, was hoping the antique tractor crowd would be familiar with it, thanks in advance, Bill

Thanks Bruce, thats too funny, Im familiar with M&W, Ive just never seen that old logo, put with a name. Weve got an older M&W zero turn mower, that I think got bought out by ingersoll ?
