HELP! EXPLORER.. TOOL BAR FUNNY

I hit a key or something and now I can't see my windoes tray on the bottom, and my IE toolbar ont he top is small and abreviated! yikes.. I want it back like normal.. how?? ( win xp )

I sat down at my home PC one night and my IE looked like that. It took me a few minutes to figure out what my wife had done /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif and how I could fix it /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif.
