i have a m85p mahindra and a 7520 anyone having trouble with air cond on their cab tractor was wandering if it's 80deg outside what should cab temp be inside

Welcome Miner, I'm no diesel mech, but I am an HVAC Tech. The cab should be comfortable with the AC on with an outside temp @80. Should be able to get around 50 degrees out of the vents. Take a peak at the condenser coils to make sure they aren't packed with dirt and debris. However others will chime in soon. There is a Mechanic that frequents these threads and is a huge help (Jabonee) and I hope he don't mind the name drop. Daves Tractor is another big contributor and asset to Mahindra info. Definitely check the condenser,evaporator and HVAC filter for blockage. Is the compressor turning? Is the fan running? Try/inspect these things first.:thumbsup:

I've checked these but thinks Jabonee. I've had it a 2 different dealers it's still under warr. First said it had to much freon the other said not enough. Not sure what's going on

Both reasons will keep it from operating correctly...

I think my next step would be to find out if the dealers your dealing with are HVAC CERTIFIED. PSI to high or low will cause the compressor not to run. Other possibilities are heater control valve and mixing gate.:confused3:
