Welcome OP sounds like you're off to a good start in your questions considering a tractor purchase.
Personally, i would avoid the purchase fever for now & not jump into something yet until you have chosen your property size and tasks. sometimes those task requirements suddenly grow large & will outpace one's current tractor (esp sub/compacts) when the rubber meets the dirt.

you have the advantage of time, wise to post in this forum. keep us informed.

I went with the smaller CK size. It's fine, but I wish I had gone with something a little bigger like the DK.

Yeah in my research I heard I should have gone bigger more HP etc, one guy traded in at 4 hrs to get more HP.
