Why do you suppose Ebay is allowing this to stay up at all? I thought they were pulling any and all "grey" Yanmar postings?

People who know these tractors aren't going to bid. So this guy is attempting to sell the tractor to someone who doesn't know Yanmars. Perhaps he bought it in the same way, or bought it at auction with some vague misreprentation (which he failed to note). The seller has slowly changed his listing over time from Made by Deere, to made by Yanmar; from 4 cylinder to 3 cylinder; but maintains the 2002 yr charade.
Maybe he bought the tractor with a 2002 yr representation and continues to believe it.

If someone buys it, maybe they will find out, maybe not. Ebay certainly doesn't get involved or help.

Anybody who buys a tractor from a seller with a total of 1 for a feedback without checking it out is a fool, but there are a lot of fools out there. Waive a "deal" in front of people and many will ignore the facts.

I don't think his price is that out of line. That koyker backhoe probably goes for 3-4thousand, Loader 2thousand,
Used tractor 3-4thousand.
The way he represented it is obviously out of line.

No sale--No bids at a $8200 minimum bid. He revised his listing 5 times during a 7 day listing. Still called it a 2002 year model. Maybe ebay buyers are smarter than we thought--or it was just way overpriced, especially for a seller with one prior transaction--for buying a pedometer. Multiple changes in the listing, virtually no feedback on the seller and obvious mis-statements mean most potential buyers don't bid.

How about all of you with experence hopping over to my problem and giving this newbie yanmar owner some advise. I'm really having a difficult time..... <font color="red"> </font>
