My dad put out yards for a side business and he used a harley. Its a great machine. Bascially it does a few jobs with one pass. It de-rocks the area, and it levels it out. I think that would be ur best option. It would probably be wise to do in phases. I know if you rented a skid steer with the harley on it. You could get this done in a weekend pretty easy. You will most likely end up with a lot of rocks. You also straw the areas where you might think it would wash out badly.
