Quick Hitches harbor freight

/ harbor freight #21
I have never shopped for a quick hitch since I am a newbie.

Is the $59 a great price?

Is it good quality (Harbor Freight often is cheap stuff)?

My implements - a scraper & bush hog are probably from late 1990's - early 2000's. Is it probable that they were set up for a quick hitch?

Thanks for your help!!!

I also got mine on Friday. Also stopped at TSC and got longer lower link pins and the bushings to go on them. The hitch itself looks to be well made. The user is another matter altogether. I still can't back up to an implement straight. And every single one of my implements will need that top link adapter. And now I'm gonna have to buy at least one PTO shaft, for my finish mower. Probably need one for my rotary cutter. It was barely long enough as it is. So far I'm not happy. But it is not the fault of the quick hitch. It seems to do what it was made for flawlessly. Now if I could just learn to back up to an implement straight.

You might be able to use a PTO extender instead of replacing the shaft.

I still need the shaft to slide to hook it up. Good idea tho.
It's frozen up at just the right length to hook up without a QH.
But the one on my brush hog is WAY too short.
