Hand Pump suggestions

Need to build a DRC charging kit.
Basically just need a hydraulic hand pump that can get up to 20bar without introducing any air in the system at all.


This is the device I need to make
If anyone has any other suggestions on what kinda of pump and manifold I need would be much appreciated

You can get a hand pump for cartridge valve cavities. HydraForce (HP10-21 or HP16-21), Bucher (CMHP-10), etc. ISZ

Automotive body shops use a hand powered pump to pull/push damaged panels all the time.
Self contained and they looking similar to a grease pump.

What is DRC ? I see "drum reactor charging"..... if you are looking for high quality then Northern Tool is not the place to shop.

Check out McMaster Carr, they have all kinds of options for hand pumps. Stay away from the Portopower types those are rated for 10,000 psi and not made the same quality as the one pictured above.

20 bar would be 294 psi, so this would work.
